Shop gave me smooth stone, which is a great pickup. There was a bail out point after 2 elites if things went bad. 100g seemed like the best pick, but the only early shop put me on a 3 elite path with only 1 fireplace. I stared at the starting screen for awhile. I found the ice cream cone right before the final boss and ended the fight with 12 energy banked because I was only spending 1-2 per turn. I never found a Scrape or an All For One, but could cycle through at such a low cost it didn't matter. I ended up running reboot+, seeker+, a pair of rebounds (for claws), 5 or so claws, a pair of FTLs, a pair of go for the eyes, and a pair of beam cell+ with 3 steam barriers and 4 defends. The first artifact I picked up was Varaja, and the 2nd was the +1 str for 3 attacks in a turn. Final boss was timekeeper, and I murdered him as soon as his damage immunity was over.įor defect, I wanted to make a scrape deck and focused on zero cost cards or stuff like rebound. Right before the final boss I ran across the "sacrifice a card to get something" event and I tossed in the impervious for the full heal and +10 max hp. I took the unique to discard 3 cards (my last 3 strikes) and get random upgraded cards which gave me a flex, a burnout, and impervious. This carried me through the elites and 2nd boss no problem. So I just ran with another high strength multi-hit build. On the 2nd floor, my first pulls were Inflame, Inflame+, and Spot Weakness. 1st boss gave me Demon Form and the +1 energy for no rest unique. Then a long dry spell of cards that wouldn't suit the build, followed by a flex near the end of the first floor. My first four pulls were Uppercut, Cleave, and a pair of Sword Boomerangs. I nearly beat A5 on Silent but I very stupidly let myself take a 27 point hit leaving me with only ~30 hp for the final boss (timekeeper).įor my Ironclad run, I wanted to try out a low cost rapid cycle deck without investing in strength. I finally beat A4 on both Ironclad and Defect this weekend.
